Principal
Allyson is responsible for the development of several commercial and retail projects taking them from design through completion of construction. She manages the coordination of Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil designs to ensure that construction of projects are efficient and completed on schedule. Allyson develops and executes the design of commercial and restaurant spaces by interfacing with clients to produce projects that satisfy their design requirements, budget, and construction time frame. She works with property owners to secure tenants for several real estate properties by conducting site surveys and producing leasing drawings. She implements prototypical design of nationwide retail stores.
Before joining db2 in 2011, Allyson worked for several years at Harvard University Real Estate and Planning in Cambridge, MA. There she was responsible for keeping the floor plans of the Graduate Student Properties up to date. For leasing purposes she coordinated floor plan drawings and performed site surveys to ensure the accuracy of existing buildings. While working at architecture firms in the Boston area Allyson gained experience in design development by working with architects to produce large scale models and graphic presentations to illustrate design intent to clients.
Allyson is professional, creative, and flexible. She enjoys coordinating and maintaining relationships with outside consultants and contractors.
